Anong pinaka-masarap na Filipino dish?

Lahat tayo kanya kanyang favorite na luto ni "Nanay" di ba? Lalo na kapag lutong bahay.
Ano bang talagang pinakamasarap sa lahat? For me, it's Pinakbet!!

Ang pinakbet pa lang marami ng klase ng luto, merong maanghang, may matamis and merong malapot o kaya malabnaw, di ba?

Kayo, anong pinakamarasarap sa inyo at baket?

Wala nang sasarap pa sa - BACHAM!
It is the unique characteristics of FILIPINO cooking... no cook book is needed -- it is your own way of cooking... dala dala na rin nito ang ENIHAW, MASKIPA at true to its own saying na lutong bahay, hindi na kailang ang nanay.
BACHAM once na appreciate ng iba... ibang iba ang feelings mo... IBA KA TALAGA! Try it on your own special way.

I think it's umm...what's it called? Uhh...I forgot but it's pork soup...that taste kinda sour. umm...ugh. I forgot. ^^;

i think it's sinigang na baboy..hmmm yum yum! but true to our Filipino taste..adobo is perfect anytime of the day, lalong matagal, mas masarap..Christine do u speak tagalog pa?

Nakakagutom ang topic nyo dito ah. LOL. Ang pinakamasarap sa akin ay pinsan ng dinuguan, it's not exactly dinuguan kasi it lacks thickness, pero it's also what i like about it, hindi sya nakaka cloy ng panlasa.. it's not popular in Manila, dun lang ata sa province namin. It's like a light version nga ng dinuguan, and it should be out of really fresh pork - yung bagong bago. Ang tawag nila dun eh "Sinunggaok". Kita mo na, nakakapagtaka ang pangalan ano? Tuwing uuwi ako sa amin, yan ang pinaka gusto ko, and it always brings me back to my childhood. Napanuod nyo ba yung Ratatouie? Remember the part where the food critic was served the main dish...... nakita nya nung sarili nya nung bata pa sya... it's the taste na magdadala sa yo sa panahon mo nung bata ka pa and you are genuinely enjoying the dish that your mom is serving you.. mmm-mm-mmm ! you know what i mean?

bicolexpress, ginataang puso ng saging, longanisa ng pangasinan pati na rin ng lukban, mga kakanin, at ang pinaka masarap eh ang mechado ng nanay ko walang tatalo... kng gsto nyo mag kasakit sa puso at mawala sa mundong ito, well here is the answer hehehehe....

Para sa kin, ang pinakamasarap na mga lutong Pinoy ay Dinengdeng at Seafoods Kare-kare na may maanghang na bagoong alamang. Wow! Kakamiss naman ang sariling bayan!
